What this page is: a quick guide.

Slurvo FZ-LLC operates multiple brand websites on Shopify ("Stores"). Each Store has its own Terms of Service/Terms of Sale that govern purchases on that Store.

What controls your order: the Store's own Terms—not this page.

Where to find the right Terms on a Store:

• In the Store's footer (usually labeled "Terms" or "Terms of Service"), and
• On the checkout screen (the checkbox/link you agree to before placing the order), and
• In your order confirmation email.

What those Store Terms typically cover:

Pricing & taxes, shipping & delivery, customs/duties, returns & refunds, warranty, promotions, and dispute terms.

Use the contact/support channel shown on that Store. They handle order edits, returns, refunds, and product issues.

Privacy requests:

For access, deletion, correction, portability, or "Do Not Sell/Share" requests, email privacy@slurvo.com.

Changes:

Each Store may update its Terms independently. Always check the "Last updated" date on the Store's Terms.
